What ammo does your M&P9 Pro prefer? I'm looking to get some ammo from Freedom Munitions and I'm torn between the 147, 124, and 115 gr. Will I notice any real different?

M&P's will eat anything you feed them. I reload 147gr to minor power factor. A heavier, slower bullet will have less snappiness/felt recoil than a lighter, faster bullet, but none will be unmanageable in a FS M&P.

You might consider this before popping for some Freedom munitions. When some are talking about 20% failure being acceptable and the number of squibs I've personally cleared I'm staying away from them. I don't know about you but the thought of having a squib that just runs the bullet an inch down the barrel kind of turns me off. I still have some of the 124 gr left from the first batch I got and may have a chance soon to run it through a chronograph, I'll update if I get some real numbers from it but although it functions the pistol it's obvious that it's VERY inconsistent.

I've been shooting the "Precision" that we have at Parabellum and so far it has run great.. Any 115 gr load should run fine in your Pro.
