Magazine questions for my S&W Model 59

I just traded for a S&W Model 59. 1st Gen...It came with a 15 round magazine and i want to buy more mags....i've been looking online and i'm not certain, but it appears that magazines for the 59 "MIGHT" be the same as some other S&W models like maybe: 459, 559, 659, 915, 5903, 5904, 5906, 5923, 5924, 5926, 5943, 5944, 5967

Can anyone shed some light on this for me please and if anyone has any knowledge on where i can pick up some more mags i would greatly appreciate it.

I have a model 59, 1st gen. You can buy "off" brands, they have worked well for me. OR, you SHOULD be able to order from S&W, or on line, from Sportsman Guide, or other outlets..... ALWAYS specify what model you have, just in case, but afaik, they should interchange .....

Now correct me if Im wrong but all 59 series mags will work in each model pistol correct (of course as long as they are long enough)?

I have a S&W 1066 and I found factory S&W mags for it online at MidwayUSA. They were back ordered but I received them in about 2 weeks. Good luck.
