    Anyone seen these on the shelf in Indy? Its an insert that snaps into the loader to better align a 1911 mag.

    I've never seen one in any local store, but I can highly recommend Greg Cote LLC . He ships about right now and his shipping rates are reasonable. I've dealt with him several times and woild give him 5 stars. Incidentally, those adapters come in a 2 pack. I've given my extra to a buddy.

    I use one on my Uplula. I find it easier to use with the adapter. It keeps the mag from twisting or sliding while you are pressing down on it. And if you twist or slide to much, I could see that doing damage to the magazine feed lips over time.

    Its not impossible to use the Uplula without one of these. But I thought it was worth the extra coin. Just my :twocents:
