Yes there should be term limits for evereybody in my opinion, and no lifetime retirement for serving as senator or congressman either.

I think it's pretty much a dead issue anyway. Constitutional amendments are almost impossible to pass these days, given the deep division in the states. That's why the federal government has just decided it's easier to ignore the Constitution altogether.
