    I prefer the bourbon's with more rye over Maker's Mark which has more wheat. However, the putting your name on a barrel program is a cool idea.

    Makers is delicious - definitely treat. Just keep it on the rocks.

    Any bottle with a true wax top is A O.K.

    Great stuff indeed! I have been on a more of a woodford kick as of late (love their tour also) but makers is still a favorite :)

    Quite tasty. You really get that sweetness come through with MM. Not quite as harsh as the rotgut we drank in college. If you want to raise the price point a bit, give Blanton's a try. Well worth the extra $10-20 a bottle.
