Man arrested for firing fake gun in Sellersburg?

Found this by accident in a google search. Could not find anything in other posts. What do you all think about this, I am sort of conflicted. I guess I would not like someone acting like they are shooting a pistol next to the interstate, but is it any different than him playing with kids in the front yard with a toy gun?

Well if he's pointing it at cars on the highway, he could have caused an accident when drivers freak out thinking their being shot at. The guy is either a complete a-hole or mentally disturbed. He's old enough to know that this isn't a good idea. If he was a 12 year old, I'd cut him some slack and send him home to the parents for punishment/beating.

Arrested for DisCon. It's appropriate. It should stick just fine. That is, until he's plea-bargained down.

Stupid thing to do; lucky he didn't cause an accident and get somebody hurt; lucky he didn't get shot back at by a real gun.
