    Ohio has allowed open carry for longer then they've had a permit for concealed carry. That was one of the big arguments to get a concealed carry law passed in the early 2000s.

    But has nothing to do with the legislation of 2a laws. moved to general firearms.

    All of the proceeds from the lawsuit need to come out of the officers paycheck. It's way past the time to stop making the taxpayers pick up the tab for police stupidity. If the cop has to sell off all his possession to pay off, then so be it.
