Figured i would post pictures of my Marlin 795 with its new stock.....I know its crazy/stupid to put alot of extra money in a gun that isnt worth much. But i like it and it seems to help the accuracy even more. And i have since mounted my bipod back on so its all up and going.

Did you find a "drop-in" stock for your 795, or is that a Boyd's Model 60 stock that you had to remove the wood in the magazine well area?

I've been looking for a stock for my 795 and have almost bought the Boyd's to play around with a half dozen times, but I KNOW someone out there is going to make a drop in 795 stock one of these days....

I need a drop in wood stock also. I'm absolutely horrible at wood working.

my 795 will soon be coming out of it's factory wood stock (acquired from numrich) and landing in a laminate from Boyd's. Who care's what it originally cost - it's my favorite rifle.

Anyone know if the stock is the same for the 925 (bolt action)? They look really similar with the mag well and all, and I think this would be a great mod to throw onto my suppressor host.
