I bought this shotgun new, years ago and killed a few deer with it. but my question is, Does anyone know anything about it? I have seen some people say that they are limited and were only made in 2000. is that true? people say to hold onto them if you have one, (Maybe for Marlin collector's value i dont really know) but how rare is this shotgun??

I do not think they are all that rare. They were made for a limited time by H&R and branded for Marlin. I bought one off INGO a year or so ago in mint condition for $100 and sold/traded it a while later for the same value.

I picked one up at a pawn shop in Kokomo about a year ago for $60. It hadn't been taken care of and there was pitting on the outside of the barrel. I cut it down to 19" and rhino-lined the whole thing  It made a good truck gun for awhile. Ended up selling it at a gunshow for $50....
