McCain in Custody

We have been told that .gov must conduct surveillance of citizens in order to determine if there are citizens meeting and plotting with known terrorists.

Al Qaeda has been deemed a terrorist organization by .gov.

Senator McCain has been meeting and plotting with Al Qaeda in Syria as recently as last Monday.

Though I do not have access to McCain's phone records and computer logs as does .gov, surveillance video distributed on various network new outlets and reports from others in .gov have confirmed this activity.

When will McCain be brought into custody in order to keep citizens safe?

McCain with Syrian Rebels. I've heard in multiple places that there are Al-Qaeda within the ranks of the Syrian Rebels.
By our government's logic and broad/loose interpretation of international policy I believe you could make the argument that John McCain was fraternizing with associates force of Al-Qaeda...
