Calm down people. RICK PERRY is going to be the nominee at the RNC, and will be the next POTUS. No 'O' ......no problem. We can start the process of getting back to "being America" again. :patriot:
    !

Right now on Intrade Perry has a 2.5% chance of being the nominee. If you're right you could make a lot of money. Every .25 cent share you purchase would pay out $10 if he's the nominee.

Newt won't be on the ballot in Missouri

Is he on a book tour or running a serious campaign? He missed the deadline for being on the ballot in Missouri.

But he's so smart. Like a genius. And very electable.

Newt Gingrich won't appear on Missouri ballot
Newt Gingrich may be a top-tier contender in the latest polls, but he won't be contending at all in Missouri's Republican presidential primary in February.

The former House speaker, who is putting a campaign organization together on the fly, failed to qualify for the contest in the Show Me State.

According to the Missouri Secretary of State's office, Gingrich did not file the necessary papers as of Tuesday's 5 p.m. deadline. That means his name will not be on the Feb. 7 ballot.

The filing requirements are not particularly onerous. A $1,000 check and some paperwork are all that's needed.

Huntsman had an interesting piece at CNN, on his stance where the American military is concerned. It's certainly a step in the right direction and a lot saner than the other establishment candidates who want a bloated machine.

Bring U.S. military in line with new reality - CNN.com

Huntsman is definitely better than the rest of the rabid Establishment front-men. He's better on war and the Bill of Rights. He's still got issues, but he doesn't scare the crap out of me like the rest of the GOP. After Paul and Johnson, I would hope that Huntsman was given a chance.

Not to sure but I think this just may be the reason why Jon Huntsman is not doing to well in Iowa.:dunno:
Governor Huntsman stated in early June of 2011 that he will not be competing in the 2012 Iowa caucuses because he doesn’t “believe in subsidies that prop up corn, soybeans and ethanol.”
