    In my introduction post I warned specifically about this exact situation.

    At least where I am concerned... there will be no compliance. Anyone who asks (demands) an American suffer infringements on their civil liberties and rights is a tyrant. Period. She will try to step on our throats with her stilletos, and she isn't stepping on mine.

    Just as bad, I don't think the lawsuits target the unconstitutionality of the laws. Just accusations of suppression. The idea that legislators, of any party, can pass 'whatever they please' and let the courts decide if it is legal or not later is VERY, VERY DANGEROUS.

    Michigan previously had required that all pistols be registered but was lax on enforcement. Gang bangers in Flint and Detroit still had their gats but mostly killed one another.
