Any interest in a get together? Maybe wait until spring since we never know too far ahead of time? I only thought I would bring it up since a couple other areas of the state are discussing it. I think only 3 people were at the last one in the area.

I know of a few places in South Bend and Mishawaka.
One place could be El Monterrey in Mishawaka if you like Mexican. Local business. I know Casey Hendrickson (If you listen 95.3 MNC) used to do an event there every Wednesday (don't know if he still does). Osceola has Between the Buns, though I've never been there.

5 Star Dive Bar in Elkhart has a great burger special on Wednesday nights. Only downside is they also have live music Wednesdays and it's pretty loud. They do have a room off to the side of the main dining/stage area, not sure if it's available for larger parties or what.

It's probably not SUPER authentic, but way more than Hacienda. Similar taste as Salsa's, Fiesta Cancun, El Camino Real.

They catered an event of Casey’s I attended couple years back. Was OK but not impressed

Yeah, if there is much noise at all, I can’t understand any converstation.

The last one that I am aware of was at Callahan’s on Cassopolis by the toll road, in Elkhart. The one before that was at Politos in Mishawaka. I didn’t get to go to that one.

I would love to attend. Only issue I have is I now have a part time sound job down in Ft Wayne. Takes up almost all of my Fridays and Saturdays, and also could pop up on any day of the week as well. I usually know the shows I am going to work 3 weeks ahead. So pencil me in.
