Hi All,
I have a trust where one person interpreted it one way and the ATF another and we all know who wins there. Apparently the ATF wants my wife's fingerprints because of 41F which was not submitted as part of the original package. I have a couple choices in the matter 1) Amendment to trust to complete remove her (no machine guns here so no super-high value stuff) or get her finger-printed at a silencer shop kiosk and move on from there. Has anyone here had any experience one way or another on this? It seems to me going the finger-printed route would take alot longer: but I wasn't sure. As-is I have 5 items pending all in the same point. Of course they were submitted at different times. This issue is from stuff bought in Feb of last year.
Thanks
