I bought a box of 170gr LSWC and I've been using No.7 (8.3gr of No.7 IIRC; PLEASE VERIFY load data at www.accuratepowder.com).

It is a very accurate load in my XD-40 4". They have a couple other .40 choices now. I have also purchased .380 and .45 Colt bullets from them, and a few sample packs.

MBCo is a top notch company to deal with. Highly recommended and super fast shipping.

I use Missouri Bullets for a lot of the lead work I do. Great stuff, high quality. Just make sure you're buying the correct hardness for your application.

    +1 Missouri Bullet Company.

Would you mind sharing a favorite pet load for 40 S&W with me? PM would be fine. If not, I completely understand.

I am into my 2nd thousand of 9mm. Work great. The bullet lube makes my glock look like a muzzleloader though. Lots o smoke.
