via Knappster comes news that the Missouri voters have passed Proposition C, which nullified certain key parts of Obamacare. Good for them! At least they didn't roll over, like Indiana. Now, all they have to do is enforce their laws.
Here's what their ballot initiative said.
Shall the Missouri Statutes be amended to:

    * Deny the government authority to penalize citizens for refusing to purchase private health insurance or infringe upon the right to offer or accept direct payment for lawful healthcare services?

    * Modify laws regarding the liquidation of certain domestic insurance companies?

St. Louis Today has more on the matter. Good for Missouri!
