Since it's on the Internet, I'm skeptical. The article in question state the room rate is $3300. It does not state that the US taxpayer is paying that rate, or even any of that.
Once again Grunt has changed the stated fact for his thread title.
Now, the taxpayers may indeed be paying this, but Grunt hasn't posted evidence or article stating that fact.
I did a little checking using my google-fu and see that Marriot (the hotel owners) list that a normal room rate as $275-$600 for that hotel, so $3300 for the Princess Grace suite isn't out of line.
But, hey, it's Obama - facts be damned.
