Just picked up a mossberg 500 pistol grip 20 gauge. I like my b/f's 12 gauge but it was just too much for me. both times i shot it it bruised my hand. so i picked this one up yesturday. I would like to make it a tactical one with the acessories. anyone know if i can use the some stuff that is for the 12 gauge? they look like hte same size block. any other info would be great! thanx

If you are willing to pay the price, the Knoxx recoil reducing pistol grip stock is awesome and reduces the felt recoil tremendously.

If you plan on using the Mossy's safety, I'd forgo the pistol grip/adjustable stocks as they'll make disengaging the safety awkward.

I agree that the placement of ther safety on the Mossbergs, are in a bad place for using a pistol grip stock. I would go with a straight stock personaly.
