The time frame is 5 days. More than one hand gun in any 5 day period sets a multiple in motion. We send a fax to ISP and ATF. I fill out form, hand it to manager and it gets faxed no later than 24 hours of the purchase. Every hand gun gets logged and checked on a rolling 5 day period. Buy one every six days and no 3310

I'm pretty sure there is a similar form that gets filled out if you biggie size more than one combo meal per week from the same restaurant.

I had 2 special agents show up to my door for buying to many pistols. When i asked how many i could buy, they said there is no number, but 26 in one day set off a few red flags. I won an auction for 25 pistols for cheap, that's the only reason. They waited 4 months before they checked, and they were very surprised i still had them.
    I'd like to hear more!
    why even answer any questions?
