    You paid too much. Orion Arms in Jeff had a bunch of these about 2 years ago for $40. They had all come from evidence lockers from various police agencies. It will "shoot loose" in about 200 rounds. They do make a good gun to stick in a tackle box though.....

    RG made that exact revolver in 38 special aswell, got one in a trade once.
    I think I sold it for $75.

    First two things that came to mind when I read the title were "Raven Arms" and "Ivers Johnson", but this is clearly neither.

    Late to the party but I spotted that RG immediately. For $60 you can't pass that up! For that kind of chump change any firing gun is nice.

    Glad it worked out well for you. I have yet to luck into something that nice for so little $$$
