The response does not surprise me. S&W is FLAWLESS in their customer service in my experience. This is why I have an M&P9, M&P9 VTAC, M&P Shield, M&P15-22, M&P22, S&W Bodyguard 380 and 38, and an M&P15T. Kimber hosed me, Beretta hosed me, Spikes hosed me. You just can't go wrong with S&W!
