    This is incorrect. A pistol with any stock, whether fixed or adjustable, is considered an SBR and therefore NFA laws apply. The Sig arm brace in the OP is NOT considered a "stock" as it is not designed to be fired from the shoulder (even though it very easily can be and the ATF even ruled it was OK to do so).

    This is how the Sig arm brace was "designed" to be used:
