    My two Model 12's. One is a 28" plain barrel and the other is a 28" ribbed barrel. Both operate smooth as glass. I may have the plain barrel cut down to about 20-22. Still pondering that move.

    I always thought better of you than a Glock carrier! Oh the things you learn on this site with time...
    Glad to see you're back in these parts! I know you were having some health issues awhile back.

    As far as carrying a Glock (which even known Glock-hater and Mod-Emeritus Churchmouse admited: they do go bang when you pull the trigger)... we do have modern firearms here outside of Crawford County. Even got them new-fangled metallic cartridges :lmfao:

    It must have been made into a slug gun.

    You say it patterns high. I'll bet if you shoot a slug at 50-75 yards it will be dead on.
