    Wouldn't those be better from a 380?
Perhaps, but now I can reload 380 and 9mm and have one bullet for both....and one primer and powder. I want to stress economy for plinking. As it turns out it is an accurate round and fun to shoot. I've not loaded any .380 yet with the 100 gr. I already have a bunch of 90 gr ready to go.

Some folks would argue that shooting a bullet that isn't optimal for a given cartridge, just because you can shoot it from another cartridge where it is more suitable, is false economy.

Whether you buy 1,000 of two different weights or 2,000 of one weight, how much money do you save? Don't you really mean you're trying to simplify what reloading components you need to buy and you're willing to compromise on performance in your 9mm loads to get there?

I've always been inclined to develop a load for each gun/cartridge that works very well and then stock the components for that load. Maybe it does cost a little more, and maybe it's a little more of a hassle, I don't know...I just know that good performance is more important to me than small cost savings or convenience.

Here is what i am trying in a fs92. I made 5 at this recipe
    Once fired perfecta 9mm case
    100 gr rnhb (berry's)
    spp
5.0 grain Unique (would rather error on safety side)
    oal 1.087
    taper crimp...

I would start at 4.3 and work up though. I went 4.5 in my last batch even though I did not see any pressure signs at 5 gr.
