Needing advice on a bipod

I have a VFG on a rail system and find myself supporting at the mag well much easier, more stable, and more comfortable. Is there a good bipod someone can recommend that mounts to a rail system?

lovemywoods and I have had good success with the Harris BRM in a LaRue QD mount, sold as a combo directly from LaRue. The QD feature allows you to use it as your "mission" dictates, so you don't have to store it on the rifle.

harris with pod lock if money was no option. if not a walmart bipod will do almost everything the harris will

The LaRue QD mount will work with any bipod that normally attached to a sling swivel.

And there are cheaper ones than I suggested, if you don't mind giving up the QD functionality-- that is just the one I happen to have experience with.

yeah 79 dollars does seem a little steep just for QD functionality

If you are going to skimp, loose the QD and go with a cheaper fixed mount, but stick with the Harris. I have tried cheap versions and they suck in comparison.
