I have a new, never fired, complete 9" 300 blackout upper minus the charging handle. I have a used charging handle that's currently on another upper but if you need it, I'll include it for an additional $20.
Comes threaded 5/8x24 and with a flash hider. This is an Aero Precision upper put together by Orion Guns. I have a 9mm upper by them and it is excellent. You can read the specs of the upper here:
