Just picked up a nice condition thumb hole stock SKS-M and 2 steel surplus mags from a prospective INGO member on Armslist for 550$ today. I've been looking for one for a while and I'm pretty happy with the purchase since most people are asking a lot more for them right now. It feels odd loading AK mags into it but I'm sure I'll get used to it.
SKS M/Sporters are great shooters. And the ammo used to be cheap!
