So i just traded off my Browning for a Beretta 96fs in two tone...I think I got a good deal.

I went from a super thin pistol to a super FAT gun and I COULDNT BE HAPPIER!

This thing has NO recoil for a .40, is as accurate as I am, is lightweight, and SEXY good looking!

The first DA trigger pull is long, but the SA pull is awesome...both are smooth as a babys butt.

She carries well on my hip and is surprisingly comfortable for such a big gun.

Now I know what the hype is about....Just gotta get some hi-cap mags...should definitely hold more than 11.

Also posted her up in the 92fs porn thread...and my brother is gonna do a review of her on facetube or whatever.

I love Beretta. My 92fs is incredibly accurate and has never jammed, and it is probably 15 years old. The whole reason Ive been lurking the last few days is to acquire another Beretta, the new Px4, which is based on the 92, except with a rotating barrel. And yea, I love the fat grips also, I have big hands. But I have difficulty concealing my 92fs, since I am thinly built. I think the Px4 will be maybe the last pistol I ever need, but certainly not the last I buy ;-).

Beretta's are definitely addicting. I'm up to five, so far (an M9, an 85FS, a 70S, a 1934, and a Tomcat), and am not sure I'm done (despite what the wife says!) ;)

Nice looking handgun, all mine have been plain black with the exception of a brigader Elite that had a stainless barrel. None of them ever let me down. I put the updated locking block in an early pistol as preventitive maintenance even though the original one never acted up. Congratulations!

I love my M9 and it shoots very accurately. Other guns are CZ75BD and Kimber Stainless Pro TLE II (LG). Am going to start rotating carry and Beretta is next on deck. Presently have a Fobus BR2 holster. Thinking about looking into a Blackhawks. Any thoughts?

Spend the money and get a good holster. Fobus is the Tasco of the holster world. If you want a good paddle holster, I would reccomend a Blade Tech Stingray.

I have a limited edition 92FS, graduation gift from my Father. I also carried one in the service. They are a good pistol, but not my first choice. The grip is on the big side in my opinion, and I'm more accurate with my other pistols.

I've had a Beretta 92 for most of my adult life. I got my first one while I was in the military back in the 1980's. I've bought and sold several over the years but I've always had one or two. I still have 3 of them, an old stainless 92, a limited edition M9 from back around the early 90's, and then a new M9A1 (love this guy). I will probably add a Model 92A1 as well.

Same here, must be that Italian accent they have. ;-)

My first handgun as a 92F and mine is about 20 years old. But like you I've never had a single issue with it!

A few weeks ago I looked at a PX4 Storm COMPACT in .40 S&W and had to have it. You can see the family resemblance. I do like the Beretta 92F SA/DA trigger and the firing-pin block/hammer drop safety. The system on the PX4 is exactly the same. You'll like it.

I'm not up on the pros/cons of the PX4's rotating barrel but it sure is slick! Of course you can't see it while you're firing but if you slowly rack the slide while watching the barrel you can see what it's doing. I've not seen a slow-mo video up-close of the PX4 firing. I think that would be cool! Only the PX4 full-size and the compact have the rotating barrel. The sub-compact does not. Not sure why, perhaps they couldn't make that work with so short a pistol.

Hope you can get that PX4 soon, I am sure you'll like it.

    PX4 owner here too. :)

Very easy to shoot and have had zero issues so far.

If you're not already aware of it check out the Beretta forum. Great people over there too.
