They will have to go to universal registration to enforce it. If all guns are not registered then there is no way they can enforce it. This is fundraising time. Gun control is red meat for their base. They have to suggest this crap to raise money. Let them bring this up right now before the next election and seriously try to push it. They'll get swept.
