When you bring up the website it has the bill listed with 0 % of being enacted and 0 % of going to committee. But we need to still keep an eye on it.

You can be certain that the leftists will NEVER stop their attempts to cripple the 2nd Amendment in any way they possibly can. Right now they are in the minority in the US House so I agree, this is unlikely to ever see a vote on the floor or be approved as an amendment. But remember that things can change in a hurry. The gun-grabbers will be quick to exploit another tragedy involving a madman with a gun when that sort of unfortunate event happens again. Every 2 years brings another election cycle and the Republican majority in the House could be lost. Far too many people vote their wallet instead of the Constitution.

Also.....you can expect another gun violence tragedy to take advantage of the 2014 election cycle. Just speculation on my part.

Absolute ridiculousness. Page 7 section (7)(b)(1) seems to render certain models of Mauser Broomhandle into "semi-automatic assault weapons".
