Hello, I just joined INGO and am happy to have access to the forums. I already have a question that I would appreciate an answer to and it is as follows: I just purchased a NAA 22 mag mini-revolver and when doing my research for it's ammo I noticed that some of these pocket gun listings say they use 22 Mag ammo and others say they use 22 WMR ammo. Is there a difference between the two types of ammo or are they both the same, and thus interchangeable?
    Thanks in advance,
    ...Marlin

Hello mkin8. Welcome to INGO. A couple of items:

.22mag is the same as .22 WMR (Winchester Magnum Rimfire). Some calibers have multiple names, but it is always best to check if you aren't 100% sure. For example, .45 Auto is the same as .45 ACP, but different from .45 Long Colt.

I see that you jumped right in as a Site Supporter. Thanks for supporting INGO. If you are looking to get access to the classifieds, just send a private message to Que and ask for that access. He can set you up.

    Welcome to the group!

    :welcome:

You think .22 mag = .22 WMR = .22 Win Mag = .22 Winchester Magnum Rimfire is confusing, look up 9mm sometime. Egad!!!
