Is MTV under new management or something?

Didn't they bring us such hits as "Rock the Vote"?

I'm with the others, don't know if this is refreshing or terrifying.

Now, my only question is, who are they for, and who are they against?

    Really? You don't remember?

Back in the mists of time, everyone hated the dragon, Bush. But a bold knight from the Kingdom of Chicago was going to slay the dragon with Hope and Change and make the world love us.

MTV ads are just the bards of Obama.

    Nice theory.

The creators could have just as easily looked at McCain & Obama and decided that they were both taking us towards tyranny.

But what they actually said was:

MTV's 2008 Holocaust ad: It could happen to you
The two 30 second ads were created by the Gedenk Movement, whose mission as stated on their website is to "raise youth awareness about anti-Semitism, racism, and their brutal consequences." The word "gedenk" means "remember" in Yiddish.

So, you think MTV will re-run these ads right before the elections in November then?

Fear-mongering only comes out when there are Republicans to beat.

MTV really went down hill since they lost there founding principles which was music. You can pretty much spin that ad in any direction you want. Maybe with the new leadership over at MTV they might not be so bias. Hopefully they teach the younger generation to think for themselves and question half the crap they are tought in school.
