This series of stamp was introduced in 2001. It is not a new stamp design. Ironically it was first introduced just before 9/11.

Apparently not. They just reduced the price of a stamp.

I went to a post office yesterday to try and buy some of these stamps. I was informed that the post office had sent them back, and did not intend to sell them.
