He treated it like a loaded gun until he was SURE it wasn't loaded. You know ... cuz the "treat every gun as if it's loaded" rule implies that "unloaded" guns can be treated differently than "loaded" guns.

Well it won't let me see the article but I dont have any relatives that live in the area anymore. I was able to catch a glimpse of the person before it kicks me out to pay to read and its definitely not my oldest son either
