Blythes Valpo has a indoor range. For me I go to a indoor range because its 20 minutes from my house. The closest outdoor range is a hour away. I do prefer a outdoor range.

Same here. I goto GPIW because is it far closer to me than Blythes, which is where I used to always go.
Chesterton - out of the question, way too far to drive for regular use for me, which I why I never even knew about that range.
The most concentration of population is in Lake county, NWNWI - if you will... lol
I think that's where most of us (at least me) Meaning proximity to rt30 in lake co. are referring to wanting a range other than Debs to goto. I've been in there once or twice, don't care much for the vibe in there.

Well I passed the drug test. I'm ok to go back to work tonight. I'll find out if I'm going to get suspended for 10 days, 25 days or looking for a new job within a week or so.

1) Liability issues
2) Insurance issues
3) Not their core service/product
4) Future water park is/was suppose to go in that area where the extra land is at.

Stopped by SCG yesterday to check it out. Had a few rifles out and a nice assortment of handguns in the case. He said he was working up inventory but its been hard lately. Greg seemed like a nice guy and said transfers are $25. Also said hes teamed up with an outdoor outfit that does hunting decoys and various other hunting related things, but I forgot the name. He also mentioned that they might be looking for an employee, a new storefront, and looking into an indoor range. I'm sure a lot of this is a ways off, but it would be AWESOME to have a range in Southern Lake Co.

Oh yea, and keep an eye out for a Utah class there if you're interested.

150 .30 carbine rounds done (minus the crimp).
Another 250 waiting to get powder, bullet seated and crimped.
Another 100 just finished the trimming.
Too much work I say...

The bad part is I'm almost out of WIN 296. and I can't find it anywhere. &
Looks like this may be my last batch of .30 carbine for the season.
