When did it go from equal opportunity to equality ? I thought the original construct was to give each individual the opportunity to succeed in whatever endeavor they chose.
Now it is not enough to ensure equal opportunity, it seems necessary to provide additional benefits and privileges to certain groups so as to provide a guarantee of sameness. Perhaps this started with quotas being established for college entrance candidates. Not based on merit, but based on ethnicity quotas. There have been attempts for those who are “white privileged” to take civil action when perception and reality dictate less qualified groups are given preferential treatment. This type of action then grew to affirmative action for hiring of police forces, government agencies, and private industries without advancement based on talent, education, or aptitude.

It's social engineering, cultural marxism.
It's about eliminating traditional western values and the culture that has been based upon Christian principles. Notice that it's all being done in the name of racial equality but it's really about destruction. Once you see what they're doing and you examine the motivations for it, you won't ever not see it.
