    1st off I am a supernewb so please be kind.:D Was nosing around in the shed today and found a box of Federal. .22lr. They must be 15 yrs old. They lead is a bit discolored. The casing looks good. Are these ok to fire? Thanks guys.

    Thanks guys. To be honest I don't even know where the gun is that I have these for but I have a new one on the radar for the kids. I was worried about finding ammo...no more.

    A guy gave me a couple of boxes of 30-06 manufactured in 1906. I fired one box and saved the other. The twenty round box I fired all went bang except for one round.
