This is an authentic Marlin built Marlin 1894 lever action .44 Remington Magnum rifle. It has the JM stamp on the barrel. I've put probably less than 50 rounds through it. It is wearing the hammer spur that came with it and a scope mounting rail.

Sale only to Indiana resident 18yrs old or older with a valid INDL and Indiana LTCH. I will note but not copy. We will each sign two bills of sale listing our names, the gun make, model, caliber and serial number as well as the sale date and amount. We will each keep one copy.
I'm not interested in a trade of any kind, shipping the rifle or dropping the price so please don't waste time asking. I will drive a "reasonable" distance from the west side of Evansville to make a deal.
