I don't think he went to that call. I drove thru after the pickup was gone and they were getting ready to get the semi out of the median. The article on wkvi said neither had life threatening injuries. I see people pull out there into the passing lane in front of trucks all the time. I've had several near missed there myself with people doing stupid stuff.
