Woke up about an hour ago, from a dead sleep, on the loveseat all night.

After righting the ballast and wobble knee juggling some noisy stuff until it became coffee, I am amazed that Captain Bladder allowed an easy night, especially after floating this boat, following a salty, fishy meal.

That is as invested as I am in this day so far.
    Cheers.

I didn't even know about the northern lights until I started reading about them here. I probably wouldn't have been able to see them anyway with all the light pollution from Indy.

I am going patty, for some reason that sounds better to me this morning.
I've been going with patties more lately too. I never used to be able to eat them because they'd upset my stomach. Sausage gravy was no problem, but straight sausage was a no go. I guess my stomach has changed. Same with brats.

I'm going for patties too with OE eggs and toast.
I have just started potatoes and onions frying, big skillet full.
Those reheat easily for any late risers.
Wife made an appearance, so I am cooking for two, now.

Going to be a windy day. 30-35 mph gusts.
    Sounds like the tradewinds.
I my youth, that meant skip the freshwater and head straight to the Gulf for the best fishing.

Winds stir up the lakes too much for bass, but bring the big'uns into the shallows in the Gulf. You need an expensive rig to get out past the breakers from shore, though.
