Minor can have a handgun on private property without any LTCH issues.

Wonder that myself. Maybe he was a visitor in the home where this occurred and had brought it from elsewhere?

Here's another one, at least he shot only "himself". Disregarding he is a convicted felon, definitely facepalm and cringe worthy.

The 4 Rules are obsolete, well that's what the Timmy Tacticals at INGO say. So I would trust them as they have decades of training people how to safely handle firearm.
