Ordered some jerky from J & J meats in Cleveland,Ohio.
While I don't know that I'd call it jerky because of how thick it is, it is good. It's thick, spicy and the size of small steaks, I like it so I thought I'd pass on the info.

My sons and I started making our own beef, and venison jerky 15-20 years ago. We haven't bought store bought jerky since. I bought several food dryers at Big Lots about 10 years ago for $8 each...they work GREAT. Dried apples, strawberries, and bananas are very tasty too. Makes great granola and GORP for campouts.
