    I moved and now my drivers license and permit address dont match -- I did the address change form and faxed it. what will happen if I go to buy a gun and they dont match?

    ok -- I know sounds silly but wish I could put endorsement on my drivers license for "LTCH" so when i move it would just be taken care of-- and really thank you for replying im new here

    That would be awesome.

    You are required to notify the state police in writing of an address change, but they won't send you a new LTCH unless you pay for it. As long as you've notified them in writing, you've done your part regardless of what address is printed on your LTCH.

    As far as purchasing a firearm, you don't even need a LTCH so the address on it is irrelevant.
