Baby rock was MIA at cabelas. Gun counter dude said he though they got 1.... lol. nice going. Put it in your latest Christmas sale mailer (i got 2 days ago) and you have one to sell. Genius.
They did have the overpriced Browning in the case and plenty of overpriced kimbers.

    On a side note i didn't know Beretta had a 92fs 22lr pistol. That's cute - but $400 - geeze...

Yep, that's Gary Cole. That's where I bought my 84BB and five or six CZ83's(and about a hundred other pistols!). Gary always has some great deals. If you buy five at once they ship free,...........and that has been my downfall.

I checked out a few more videos today on the Browning 1911 and the RI. While interesting, I really don't care for them as much as I thought I would. The Browning is way too expensive for what you are getting. One mag? Plastic sights? Come on. For $600 they need to do much better.

The RI seems a bit more reasonable in price, but it's all steel and pretty heavy for what it is.

I'm pretty sure it's going to be the G42. Now I've got to dig out the boxes and a couple of things I no longer shoot. Probably a set of J frames.

You don't see them around too often but an FI, Colt or Iver Johnson "Pony" would be a good little plinker in .380. I just picked one up and am looking forward to trying it out. Also, the Star model D and Llama .380 are close in size design.

    Which .380?
If you can find a .380 Model 60 Bernadelli with the 6" barrel and adjustable sights introduced in the 60's to get past the legislation pushed after the Kennedy's were shot, get it!
