Earlier this year I needed some work done on my furnace and INGO delivered by recommending me a great guy. (ghitch75) I now need a plumber to diagnose or fix what I believe to be a problem with an outdoor sump pump that is connected to a yard drainage system. Is there an INGO member that does this type of work or someone you all would recommend in the Bedford area? :ingo:

Haven't heard of too many plumbers on here. My recommendation would be to go to Porch.com. It's like Angie's list but free. You put in your zip code & tell it what you want & it spits out contacts of the kind of work you want done.

Get with ghitch again and ask him.

Tradesmen know tradesmen - and also know that if they recommend a fool, then that could potentially hurt their own rep.

If you still need somebody, say so and I'll find out the contact info for the guy we used a couple years ago when the service to our house broke.

Service to our house was broken the day we closed.

Then broke again a few years later.

The water line protection insurance I bought came in pretty handy.

And I suspect that it's probably got another small break in it now considering our bills here lately. So that's pretty awesome.

Even awesomer is that half the service line is under my driveway. Concrete driveway. And garage.

Stupid old rolled plastic service line.

Ours broke during the polar vortexes a couple of years ago. When I dug it up, the break was 4.5 - 5ft under ground. I was pulled out of the fitting by about 2". I ran out of daylight and the guy was be there in the morning anyway so, I let him finish the job. (I didn't have the parts anyway).
