I think he's making a "political" statement, not a "political funny" statement.
In my opinion, this could happen regardless of which party is in power.
Both parties screw up the VA.
Or, the VA is screwed up regardless.
It's a crying shame. 2014, and we still aren't more aggressive about treating vets with mental problems.
I know, you can only do so much.
But I don't think we do enough.
It's not like the dark ages when we didn't know about that.

The angle is lax borders combined with incompetent CDC allowing things like nurses who treat ebola patients to go on flights.
