Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but where may I find the procedures
to post pic's on classifieds? Such as pictures on my PC's photo file.

You'll need to host the pics offsite, like photobucket.
Copy the link of the pic to clipboard.
Come back to ingo, click on the picture button (next to video button).
Click on "from URL".
Paste link from clipboard.
