Problem with Manticore Arms AK Alfa Rail

I recently emailed Manticore Arms a question about their AK-47 Alfa rail. They were quick and polite with a response so I ordered it. I got it and when I installed it, it seems one of the screws on the top cover was drilled crooked.

I thought maybe I cross threaded it at first but this doesn’t seem to be the case.

I have sent them 3 emails over the last week or so and gotten no response. I tried to call them and the number is disconnected.

Does anyone know how i can can get a response? Otherwise, is it possible to fix my top rail?

Any help is greatly appreciated.
