Problem with text box color

I am a new member and need a bit of help. If this is the wrong place for this post please move it.

Anyways, when I try to reply or post a new message on my computer the text box goes white and the text is a light grey. This makes it impossible for me to see what I am typing. It is fine on my iPhone which I am using now. Any suggestions? Hopefully it is just a setting to change

What browser, version, and OS are you using. That may help. What colors are the background, and can you post a screenshot?

I'm on windows 7 using google chrome. The background of the text box is dark green until I try to post, then it changes as mentioned.

Do you have any color settings tweaked in chrome or win7? Does everything else look normal? I know there is a shortcut to basically "negative" the screen, but I'll have to look it up.

Everything else is normal. It's only when I click on the text box.

Just logged onto chrome, no issues. Check to see if you have any extensions that you shouldn't have.

It is the same when I use IE so there must be something in a setting on my computer.

Oh well.

Any MODS that can help with this issue? It is nearly impossible for me to post from my computer.

It has to be something on your computer. I can't replicate it on any OS or browser. I don't think it's INGO.
