    There was much more than that pointing to him being the suspect in the shooting.

    The new car window and tires, along with broken glass in his car and garage are pretty damning. He fits the description of the shooter and drives the same make, model and color car.

    It is silly the way the "gun room" was described though.

    Wow! It seems like they can either clear or confirm him as a suspect based on ballistic testing, analysing the broken glass, or anything based on real evidence.

    Not surprising that there was not any information about the guy who was shot, whether he was armed, had drugs, or a violent record.

    I would be interested in hearing how this turns out.

    Why would any of that be relevant? He was shot while in his car and the shooter obviously fled the scene. That points to there being little chance of it being a legal shooting. Add the apparent attempt to hide the broken window and tire tread, and it really looks bad.
